Dr. Marguerite Jackson has over 35 years experience in health care primarily in the areas of infection prevention and control, leadership development and technical consultation to health care organizations. She now provides her expertise for seminars, workshops and research focusing on staff and nursing education and infection prevention and control. Additionally, as a Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) qualified administrator, she uses the MBTI in management development and training.

 

Marguerite has collaborated with UCSD to establish the Patrons of Nursing (PON) Marguerite Jackson Award for Professional Nursing Excellence. This award provides recognition and a monetary gift for dedicated individuals in the nursing profession. Award information
